Tabtastic
This library is a simple way to implement tabs on your page using CSS, a little JS, and semantic markup which degrades gracefully on browsers with CSS unavailable or disabled.
Not only is it easy to use and accessible for screen-readers, but it supports multiple (nested, even) tabsets on the same page and allows users to bookmark the page loading to a specific tab.
Very cool and easy way to implement tabs on a webpage.

Closer – DVD Review
“Closer” was released on DVD today! I have much anticipated this release and was very happy when Drew came home with it for me. Unfortunately, there aren’t any extras! No deleted scenes, no commentary, nothin’. There is a music video for Damien Rice’s “The Blower’s Daughter” which features clips of the movie, but I was definitely wanting more. Still, I think the movie is incredible, and hopefully someday they will release a special edition or something with some extra features. The link above has a review of the DVD as well as the movie for those interested.

As a web designer, you know that Verdana can get real old real fast. But you also know that there are millions of free fonts on the internet and most of them are horribly bad. Here’s a secret: not all truetype fonts are bad. Some of them are quite classy. The truth is you dont have to be rich and able to afford postscript fonts in order to look professional.

Old Cell Phone
OldCellPhone.com was established in 2002 and is located in Port St. Lucie, FL. We strive to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Our cellular recycling program has expanded nationwide and continues to grow with wireless penetration.
OldCellPhone.com has a solid mission; it’s to provide a environmentally safe solution for the popular question “What should I do with my old cell phones?”.
OldCellPhone.com provides cellular users with an convenient alternative to throwing their old, deactivated cell phones into the bottom of a closet or in a junk drawer or even worse, the trash. Recycling used cell phones will help to preserve our environment. Cellular phones should not be disposed of in landfills since they contain many toxic materials (lead, arsenic, etc…) that are harmful to our environment. It is predicted very soon that there will be 500 million used cell phones weighing over 250,000 tons that could potentially enter our waste stream.
Apparently you choose the make and model of your old cell phone and they will send you a postage-paid envelope to send it to them- within 30 days of them receiving your old phone, they will send you a check.
Brilliant Button Maker by LucaZappa.com
What are the “80×15 brilliant buttons”?
The “80×15 brilliant buttons”, also known as “antipixel buttons”, are the very popular buttons especially used by bloggers, take a look at the examples on the left.
What is this page?
This is a web interface to create “80×15 brilliant buttons” using Bill Zeller’s php script.
In addition to the original script you can use two images (one on the left and the other on the right side) to decorate the button.
If you’ve received an email from me lately, then you have probably noticed my “brilliant button” in my signature! These little things are fun and can be put anywhere- in emails, on websites, in forum signatures, etc. What I like about this site’s button maker is the ability to put images in as well as text.
O’Reilly: Resurrect Your Old PC for Music—with Linux
Are you the kind of person who can’t toss out old gear? I know I am–though I must admit that embracing the art of junk-collecting has come in handy from time to time. For instance, this article will show you how to resurrect a tired old PC by installing a modern operating system, and then revitalize the computer as an internet-enabled CD player, DVD burner, and MP3 jukebox.
I have the perfect test subject sitting in my scrap heap: an HP Pavilion. It was a decent PC in its day: 350MHz Pentium II processor, 128MB RAM, 3GB hard disk, and a DVD drive. I’ll assume you’re in the same boat.
The secret sauce we’ll use to revitalize our elderly PC is Linux, the free operating system based on UNIX. Linux is available in more than 300 varieties (“distributions”), enjoys plenty of online support from around the world, and comes with a truckload of applications, including free CD/DVD players and recorders. (Did I mention “free?”) …
