Neptunesite: Veronica Mars News Page
The CW has announced their Fall 2006 schedule, and Veronica Mars has indeed landed on the line-up.
Series creator Rob Thomas is said to be looking to add Michael Muhney (Sheriff Lamb) and Tina Majorino (Mac) as series regulars next season. Kyle Gallner (Beaver), Teddy Dunn (Duncan), and Tessa Thompson (Jackie) will be gone.
Here’s a look at their fall schedule, according to trade reports:
Mondays:
7th Heaven
Runaway (new series)
Tuesdays:
Gilmore Girls
Veronica Mars
Wednesdays:
America’s Next Top Model/Beauty And The Geek (alternating)
One Tree Hill
Thursdays:
Smallville
Supernatural
Fridays:
WWE Smackdown!
Sundays:
Everybody Hates Chris
All Of Us
Girlfriends
The Game
I believe they are set for 22 episodes with the chance of it being cut to 13 if the ratings are poor, so everyone must watch! Unfortunately, Related didn’t make the new lineup :(

A+E Interactive: News notes on “Veronica Mars,” “Everwood,” “Invasion” and some CBS renewals
It looks as if “Veronica Mars” (with Kristen Bell, at right) is getting a reprieve and will be back for a third season. Word is, though, that the CW is committing to just 13 episodes, not a full 22-episode season.
13 episodes is certainly better than 0, so yay! The official announcement is on Friday, so maybe we will get more information on the number of episodes then. I am giddy with excitement… I love Veronica Mars and the season 2 finale was incredible! The Veronica/Logan (LoVe) fan in me anxiously awaits season 3.

SEASON FINALE
“Not Pictured”
Tuesday, May 9, 9PM ET/PT
After learning the identity of the perpetrator responsible for the bus crash, Veronica hurries to warn others but ends up putting herself in an extremely perilous situation.
Will we learn who really crashed the bus? Who killed Lilly Kane? Will we ever find out? Will Logan and Veronica hook up? Did Jackie really leave for France already? Why doesn’t Beaver want to be with Mac? Will Veronica stay in Neptune and attend Hearst College next year? I have so many questions, but I don’t think they will be answered in 1 hour!
I can’t wait to see the finale. I have avoided spoilers all season long and it has been extremely hard for me since I’m used to reading them for General Hospital each week. Ah, the joys/curses of being an online fan.
If you haven’t watched Veronica Mars before, read through the season summary and episode recaps at Mars Investigation and set aside an hour to watch the finale on Tuesday. It’s worth it, I promise!

WWTDD.com: What Would Tyler Durden Do?
The first and only full trailer for ‘Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Mans Chest’ was leaked online late last night, but for whatever reason it still has no official home.
The POtC trailer looks incredible, I can’t wait for it to come out!
What Would Tyler Durden Do? is one of my guilty pleasures! I love that site :D How could one not love a site that takes a story about Teri Hatcher getting glass in her eye and turns it into this:

Mac OS Rumors :: The Original Mac Rumor Site.
According to some of our oldest and most reliable sources within Apple’s software development sector, Mac OS X 10.5 “Leopard” will include a system-level “BitTorrent” filesharing client that can be user-customized to ‘donate’ upstream Internet bandwidth for things like pushing Software Update packages to Leopard users, delivering iTunes Store content, and just about any purpose to which Apple puts its bandwidth.
In return for “donating” bandwidth to help distribute these files and updates, supposedly Apple will offer credit at the iTunes Store and the Apple Store as well as other affililated offers. Apparently they plan to release an iPhone and you can get free minutes, too.
