I’ve had a few people write to me asking how the gallery I setup for General Hospital’s Sonny and Emily is doing. I started it at the end of January (30th or 31st, I think), and boy has it grown!
People can joke all they want about how this couple has no fans, but the 4701 unique visitors to the site in just over 4 months obviously says otherwise. With 1265 members over at the Sonny & Emily “Unexpected” forum and hundreds of S&Em fans on both Natalia-Livingston.com’s board and Maurice Benard’s official forum, I’d say they’ve got plenty of followers!
So what is the gallery for? Well, it houses screencaptures from each episode that they are on General Hospital. To answer some other questions, I use VLC to take the screencaptures with its “snapshot” function and the ability to slow the movie down to half or even one-fourth of its speed. When I’m done, I toss them into iPhoto and weed out any that turned out badly (eyes closed, etc), upload them to the gallery via FTP, and add them through Coppermine’s “batch add” function.
We Emson fans are blessed to have two incredibly talented (and beautiful) actors pouring themselves into this pairing. Natalia Livingston and Maurice Benard amaze me more and more each day, especially with Sonny’s bi-polar storyline in motion.
Thanks to all who have visited… hopefully we have a lot more Sonny and Emily scenes to look forward to!

LibriVox volunteers record chapters of books in the public domain, and then we release the audio files back onto the net (podcast and catalog). Our objective is to make all books in the public domain available, for free, in audio format on the internet. We are a totally volunteer, open source, free content, public domain project.
