“Everybody Hates Chris”: Rochelle hosts a neighborhood-watch meeting after someone steals Julius’ truck, but her neighbor Louise (Whoopi Goldberg) thinks she would make a better block captain than Rochelle. The season premiere airs Sunday, Oct. 1 at 7 p.m. ET/PT on The CW.
