Sanyo Xacti VPC-CG10 Test Footage

Nov 16, 2009

Took the Sanyo Xacti VPC-CG10 out back with the dogs and recorded for a few minutes.

Settings on the camera:
Video Stabilizer – OFF
Focus Mode – SPOT
Exposure – MULTI
ISO – AUTO
White Balance – AUTO
Exposure – Aperture locked at 3.5
Face Chaser – OFF
High Sensitivity – OFF
Digital Zoom – OFF

Imported the file into iMovie ’09, added titles to the beginning and end, added a vignette, increased the video’s saturation by 8, and exported as a HD Movie.

Music used is called “The Light” by spliffvalley from CCmixter.

    dennis-

I no longer have the camera (have upgraded to the Sanyo HD2000), but when the camera was plugged into a Mac, iPhoto would open and the video could be imported through that. After import, you can open iMovie and find the video from there; I think it was in a Recent Events tab or something. Best of luck!
